Double Room in Poets Corner Hove

For rent - double bedroom (9.5x9.5 foot). The room can either be furnished as you see it, or items of furniture removed if you have your own. It is a 2-bedroom apartment situated on the second floor of an old listed building on the corner of Sackville Road/Montgomery Street, with a lift to all floors.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared spaces and the lounge is also my bedroom so is not used as a shared area. The kitchen is accessed via the lounge so I ask that the kitchen isn't used for cooking between 9pm-7am.

You will be sharing with me (live-in landlady, female 45 years old), and another lodger (male 30). We are both laid back, respectful, friendly and quiet flatmates. Our home is our sanctuary - a place to relax and unwind. We enjoy our social lives away from home to ensure respect for each other and to keep our home peaceful. We both work really hard so after 9pm the apartment is extremely quiet and ask that whoever moves in understands this, and has a similar routine and expectations. Our privacy is very important, and ask that our personal space is respected.
