The apartment is modern and bright and is in a lovely safe and quiet residential area of Hove. It's situated at the top end of Dyke Road Avenue and is a short walk away from Hove Park. There is also direct access on to the A27 so perfect for London or gatwick commuters.
Shared sitting room, Kitchen and bathroom.
There is parking available onsite, but there is a one-off permit fee to pay to the woodland court committee.
There is free parking situated across the road.
Private communal gardens and small garage if desired.
