Double room in sunny clean flat

Hello there!

We're looking for someone to move in our lovely flat around mid June.

We are living in a large sunny flat on the 5th floor overlooking Hove.
It comprises of 3 bedrooms, a big shared living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Big Bathroom (Bathtub/Toilet/Washbasin) shared with 1 person.

The flat is warm, sunny and in very good condition.

Mind that the room is unfurnished.

Storage for pushbikes, 2 Lifts, and free parking space available.

All bills are included in the rent!

We are 2 professional guys that would prefer someone moving in that is reasonably tidy and considerate (6 months min). We like to relax after work, it's not a party flat.

Hove Station and a Tesco Express are a couple of minutes walk away.
A big Tesco and main shopping streets are 5 - 10 minutes walk away too.

Bus stop for Number 7 and 21 right outside the flat and buses 1, 2, 5's, 46 just a short walk nearby.
