The house is in a good, central, quiet location near Sussex cricket ground, five minutes’ walk away from Hove Station, with nearby bus stops and Brighton city centre easily walkable.

The room is unfurnished, but has a large built-in wardrobe.
The rest of the fairly large house is fully furnished, with a spacious living area, plus a good-sized kitchen, bathroom and garden.

It’s a no-smoking house, currently shared by two professionals – one male, one female, early 30s – We’d like to share with a male or female professional who is clean, tidy and sociable – though it’s definitely not a party house!

Rent is paid monthly at £462.50pm. Bills – which include Wi-Fi and Sky TV on top of usual gas, water, electricity, council tax – come to approx £110pm.
There’s a deposit of six weeks, and a minimum term on the contract of six months.
