Double room in Hove flat £500 pcm

Hi, I am a friendly easy going guy who has a spare double room in my flat. The room includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and bed including mattress. You would have use of the kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Amenities include washing machine, fridge, TV and unlimited broadband. The flat is situated within walking distance of both Hove (8 mins) and Aldrington (3 mins) stations and a short walk to the sea (10 mins). There are also good bus routes into town very close by. Ideally I am looking for a tidy, considerate, non-smoking professional person. Would consider shorter lets than 3 months.
