We are looking for a friendly professional between 25-35, who is clean & tidy to house share in Hove with 2 professional females, 1 professional male and a cute little cat. As we have one cat, we wont be considering anyone with pets, sorry.
We are very easy going, get along very well and hoping to find someone to come and join us. We do occasionally smoke in the flat but are very respectful of each other.
The Flat is a 3 bed maisonette 1 bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs, 1 bathroom and Kitchen and living room is open plan. Parking is available but a permit is required. Close to Hove station, easy access to bus stops. Broadband available but not included in rent. Fees and Deposit are required.
