I have a lovely room available from mid June 2025.
(I would consider a Monday to Friday tenant)
It is a small to medium double room with a double bed, a wardrobe/cupboard, a chest of drawers, some shelving and a coffee table, WI-FI is also available.
There is a great kitchen with bi-folding doors into the garden, a cosy living room and a luxurious bathroom.
The house is very near to local shops and bus services into Brighton which takes about 20 mins. It is also about a 5 to 10 min walk from Hove and Aldrington Stations and a 10 to 15 min walk to the beach.

The house is in parking zone R, residents parking permits are available from B&H Council offices near by.

I am looking for a professional person.
The room would NOT be suitable for someone who works full-time from home.

£650 per calendar month inc. bills & wifi

I am a live-in landlord and have one other tenant in the house, we have a warm and friendly household.
