Short term room in 2 bed garden flat

An unfurnished (can supply bed) double room in a spacious 2 bed ground floor garden flat in St Leonards Road, Hove for 1 month.

The room is a good size double with a view out onto the patio and garden. It has a large built in wardrobe with storage cupboards above. The flat is warm & lounge is comfy, light, bright and spacious. There is plenty of room to relax and a good sized dining table.

I have rented the flat for eight years however I’m currently in process of buying a house which completes Fri 21 March so have a room available for 1 month as have the flat until 20th April. I will be spending the majority of the month at house to redecorate. I will also have two rooms avail let to let in the new house which is a roomy three bed in portslade. So should you also be needing longer term I could accommodate this.

There is street permit parking in St Leonards road with no waiting list for a permit. Great location as a 2 min walk to shops and supermarkets on Boundary Road, 5 min walk to the train st. 10 min walk to the sea! Bus stop is at the top of rd with regular buses into Brighton including the night bus back from town to save on taxi fares!

Im a professional and commute to work in Haywards Heath Mon - Fri and have weekends off. Im not a stranger to sharing as Ive shared houses/flats for quite a few years. Im mindful and respectful of peoples quiet time and their friends family visiting. In my spare time I enjoy cooking and I’m very active and outdoorsy.

Im looking to find someone who is friendly, respectful and considerate like myself, share the occasional meal/glass of vino.
