House share community in beautiful central house

We're a social, mostly freelancing and creative bunch looking for a real home to share together.

Some requirements:
you'll need to prove earnings of at least ££30k per year, or have a guarantor.
It's a real pain in the arse, but it's the only way we could get this wonderful place and it's actually pretty affordable for what it is!
