The beach is short walk from the house, and also to the King Alfred Leisure Centre and Gym. Very close to St Andrews school.

Ideal for friends sharing who want their own room in the same house. The rooms are available to rent separately. We are looking for either Professionals or Students who are friendly and considerate. Pets are welcome.

I am expecting all residents to be respectful and clean. Any mess made in the communal areas are to be thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis. Personal rooms must always be kept clean.
