The house is close to bus stops, shops, Portslade station is five minutes by car and a 15-minute walk away with direct links to London if you're a commuter (the added benefit being that you're almost always guaranteed a seat!). It's also a couple of minutes from the A27, ideal if you work out of town.
About Us: We live abroad, and Simon our tenant is easy going and friendly, works in London.
The house is very close to the Downs if you like open spaces and the countryside. That means it’s perfect for walks and for this reason and the fact we have a garden, we’re happy to consider taking a tenant with a small or medium-size pet.
