Lovely large warm, sunny, double room in friendly shared house.
The room over looks the beautiful southfacing back gardens. On the first floor. The room has a large comfortable queen size bed, a nice desk, chest of drawers & a built in wardrobe.
The second room is ground floor and quite small hence the lower cost. It has two windows (one a small bay) a desk or wardrobe space and a small dbl bed with storage underneath. Also available for a weekly let.

There is a large open plan kitchen/dining room with a sofa seating area overlooking the garden. The kitchen has all general items needed incl. a washing machine & dryer.

The garden is lovely & has trees, shrubs & a south facing deck area .

The house is close to the number 5 and 5a bus stops and an 8 min walk to Aldrington train station. 3 min walk to co-op supermarket. 20 mins to the beaches and sea. 20 min bus ride to Brighton town centre.

We have a very friendly rescue dog and a cat.

You would share the house with myself, my son who is 20 and another lodger. We are all very friendly and easy going and it is more like a house share than living with a landlady & her son! I like everyone to feel really at home here and we have a chilled, relaxed atmosphere :)
The last lodgers are only leaving as they are moving to different counties.
