Double room . Gorgeous house , Perfect location.

Really lovely light double room in a quiet , beautiful, stylish arty house . The house is shared with the easy going, kind and creative female owner . The large double bedroom has a comfortable double bed with underneath storage and a large IKEA wardrobe. The fireplace is gorgeous with its original tiles and ornate wallpaper. The double glazed window with a blackout blind overlooks the small back garden.

All bills are covered including council tax . It has good internet connection. Included are toilet rolls and cleaning materials . You will have the shared use of a washing machine , dish washer and tumble dryer . I have a cleaner that comes every three weeks but she only cleans the shared areas.

This friendly house is 5 mins away from Brighton station and 15 mins walk either to the Sea front or Brighton & Hove town centres. The Seven dials is the nicest area of Brighton and Hove . Its central location makes it assessable but it has a village feel with its many cafes . The house has an amazing large open plan beautiful lounge with a dining table , a spacious separate kitchen that overlooks a quiet zen like little patio garden.

There are two toilets , one downstairs and the other upstairs in a boutique hotel inspired bathroom with a wonderful power shower and enormous bath.

By the way I’m very happy for the new lodger to bring a dog or cat. I love animals, especially dogs.

Ideally i would like the potential female flat mate to be friendly , easy going and tidyish. I want the house to be a home for you not just a room.

This is a happy home . You can feel relaxed here , I’m not a dictator and there’s not lots of set rules . Even though we live seperate lives it's nice to chat occasionally in the kitchen or watch tv in the lounge. It’s your life, you live it as you please.

This house becomes part of the Open Houses in May and Dec so you’ve got to like arts and crafts. There is a reduction in rent usually in May and Dec.
