Double-bedroom in lovely two-bedroom house in Hove

It is a really lovely house in central Hove (less than 5 minutes walk to Hove station and George Street/Blatchington Road shops).

Although it's very close to all the shops, pubs, restaurants of central Hove, the house is on quiet residential street.

Sharing with one other human - me, Paul, friendly guy in his early 40s - and one very friendly cat, Chiquita.

House is fully-furnished, but if you have any furniture you're particularly attached to, we can probably make room for it.

I work full-time at the council. Outside work I enjoy pub quizzes with friends, writing/doing music (but I don't make a lot of noise in the house doing this), walking/cycling in the countryside, reading.

Looking for a quiet-ish, friendly housemate (male or female).

I tend to keep busy with hobbies, seeing friends outside the house etc. But would be nice to share a drink or pop to the (very decent) local pub together sometimes.

Would suit someone who likes company and a chat some of the time, but enjoys their own space too. I'm usually out two or three evenings a week, so you would get the place to yourself some of the time too.

It's a really great place, and has a nice feel to it. Having the cat makes it feel like a real home. I've been here about a year now - my current housemate is relocating to London for work.

£625 per month rent + bills.
Deposit is one month's rent.
