1920's spacious house with garden

The house has a piano, conservatory, garden and a resident cat. Whilst the house is quiet, it's located in a vibrant area. The house is best described as clean, light, spacious and in a safe and interesting area of Hove. It is in a really handy location, good access to bicycle lanes, near the sea, well served by bus and close to railway stations. Access into town couldn't be easier. The room to rent is a double, and the room has masses of cupboard space. The bathroom is well decked out. I am a semi retired nurse looking for someone trustworthy, respectable and respectful to lodge here.
