Large double room in friendly house

Light & spacious double room available with shared bathroom & kitchen. Bills included.

We are an easy going married couple with a cat, Poppy. We like to listen to cook, camp in our van, listen to music, garden and travel.

We rent out two rooms in our home. The two lodgers share one bathroom.

We live on a quiet street close to the beach and Hove lagoon. We are a 10 min walk to Portslade train station, 2 min walk to the nearest bus stop, and we have a variety of shops close by.

There is currently no waiting list for parking permits.

The room is available for single occupancy and we’d prefer someone who doesn’t work from home on a full time basis.
