The room can either be a double room for one person at £600 pcm or an additional £30 week for 2 people sharing .

Transport;
The following buses are a 2 minute walk
1, 1A,6, 46, 49 .
Trains run direct to London Bridge and Victoria as well as Brighton and Littlehampton. Change at Brighton for trains to Falmer ( University ) and Lewes.

The three other Flatmate's are aged between 20- 25 and work .
