Large double room in friendly house nr Hove beach

University professor letting out a very large, sunny (when the sun is out!), double bedroom with very large bathroom (shared) on first floor of Victorian house. Five minutes walk to the seafront. Easy bus connections into town or the Universities. Lovely quiet area far enough from central Brighton to escape all the crowds and noise but close enough to get to the shops, restaurants and post office.
Looking for a friendly and communicative lodger, not someone who wants a completely impersonal arrangement. would prefer a quiet person and not someone who is into partying and staying out late.
Contracting will be done after taking up references. Please note that the living room is not shared but the room is large enough to accommodate a sofa and a TV.
