Easy bus connections into town or the Universities. Lovely quiet area far enough from central Brighton to escape all the crowds and noise but close enough to get to the shops, restaurants and post office.
LOOKING FOR A FRIENDLY AND COMMUNICATIVE LODGER, NOT SOMEONE WHO WANTS AN IMPERSONAL ARRANGEMENT.
ALSO SOMEONE WHO IS NOT INTO STAYING OUT LATE ALL THE TIME.

Contracting will be done after taking up references from previous landlord and employer.
Female lodgers preferred as all other residents are female.
