The room is south facing and gets a lot of sunlight. It has a super King size bed with lots of storage, including a hidden wardrobe, large chest of drawers and space under the bed. Additionally there are covered hanging rails and further storage in the connected garage.

The house is set over 3 stories, and has 2 living rooms, a study, satellite tv, super fast hi-speed wi-fi (80 MBPS). 15 minutes to walk into Brighton city centre, or 5 minutes by bicycle or bus.


Would suit a professional non-smoker.

About me: I'm a company director, professional, lead a healthy lifestyle and I'm very tidy, so my ideal house mate would be someone that is naturally very clean and tidy also. I have a regular cleaner that comes to the house every 3-4 weeks to do a full house clean.
