Room available in Hove

I now have one double room available in my house in Hove, from 20th Jan. The house is well located with the seafront just 15 minutes walk away. The kitchen features top of the range cooking facilities - AEG oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine....wine fridge! The house has Virgin media wifi. Gas and electric aren't included as they are pay as you go and are divided between housemates. There is a front and back garden, in which smokers are welcome to smoke. There's free on-street parking in roads behind the property. The bus stops outside and the nearest train station is Portslade, which is a 5 minute walk away.
There’s currently two housemates that are respectful and friendly.
