This is actually a self contained studio room (13ft x15) contained within an existing flat .We share the same street door . The Studio room includes a piston assisted luxury wall bed , wardrobe , chest of drawers arm chair , a foldable table and chairs .The ensuite comprises of a shower , sink and wc .
The kitchen area consists of a sink , hob, microwave oven , fridge, worktop, cupboards , shelving.

There is no washing machine but there is an excellent laundrette 1- 2 mins walk away.
The flat is minuets away from the seafront Just off Market Street. Being on the borders of Hove and Brighton it is only a 15 min walk from Churchill shopping area in central Brighton .
All bills are included .

I'm looking for a clean tidy person respectful of neighbours.

Unfortunately this will not suit
couples , DSS , pets .

Work references and previous landlord references are required as is a one months deposit.
