Double Room In Hove Near Seafront Short Term Let

**Short term let’s only considered**

I have a large double room available to rent I’m only looking for a short term let up to 6 months maximum. I’m not wanting someone who is working from home, so please do not message if you are. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, bedside table, chest of draws and a double bed.

All bills are included, I have Sky TV and internet. The flat has a small patio area and is on the ground floor of a small 3 story block of flats. I also have a cat called Winnie who is very friendly.

The lounge is large and the kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer and washing machine.

I am a teacher so in the week I am generally in bed early as i get up early so I am looking for someone who is similar and not coming home at 1am every night. The odd occasion I am out for a meal or a gig. I also really appreciate my own space and tenant needs to be respectful and quiet when coming in late. I don’t mind shift workers Other interests of mine are music, theatre, cinema, gigs, festivals, rugby, netball...most things really!

Tennant must be clean and tidy and keep central areas tidy, all belongings must be kept in the room there is no space for more storage. It is close to Aldrington Train station and Hove station. It is few minutes walk to the seafront and has easy access to bus routes into town (1/1a and 6). To walk into Brighton it takes around 30-35 minutes. Parking is available but with permits.
