Short term Double room in HOVE near seafront

I have a large double room available to rent from the middle of April. I’m not wanting someone who is working from home. The room is newly painted and furnished with a wardrobe, bedside table, chest of draws and new king size bed.

All bills are included. The flat has a small patio area and is on the ground floor of a small 3 story block of flats.

The lounge is large and the kitchen (also newly renovated) is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine

I am a teacher, so in the week I am generally in bed early as i get up early so I am looking for someone who is similar and not coming home at 1am every night. The odd occasion I am out for a meal or a gig. I also really appreciate my own space and tenant needs to be respectful and quiet when coming in late. Other interests of mine are music, theatre, cinema, gigs, festivals, rugby, netball...most things really!

Lodger must be clean and tidy and keep central areas tidy, all belongings must be kept in the room there is no space for more storage. It is close to Aldrington Train station and Hove station. It is few minutes walk to the seafront and has easy access to bus routes into town (1/1a and 6). To walk into Brighton it takes around 30-35 minutes. I also have a small 5 month old kitten called Olive who loves cuddles.
