S/C double room in 3 bed new build house

I have created a new highly energy efficient home (EPC A) and this double room comprises of a double bed chest of draws hanging rail with an en-suite plus use of a kitchenette with cooking/seating area leading into its own patio. It comes fully furnished with bed linen and will be cleaned once per week. Owner lives in separate part of house.
