Spacious double room in shared house

Just outside Isfield village (3 miles from Uckfield & 5 miles from Lewes). Iam renting out a spacious and bright double room (with king size bed) that has lots of space for storage. The house will be shared with 3 others (aged 40-50, but all ages welcome). The house has: a large kitchen with very good oven, hobs, dishwasher and a wood burner; cosy living room with open fire; and a very large garden with lots of nature, including a beehive! There is direct access to a country path from the garden. The Laughing Fish (15 mins) and The Anchor (30 mins along the river) are also within walking distance. Rural location would need a car or cycle, with nearest public transport (bus station in Isfield) being 15mins walk away. Rent £450 per month inc. of bills (gas, electricity, water, internet, council tax). Private let so no agent fees; deposit £450.
