Room In Rural Village.15 Miles From Brighton.

The house is 5 miles from Lewes. 2 miles from Uckfield .Both towns have good connections to London.
The room is furnished, and has lovely views of large garden and fields.
I have lived in the village 30 years.
The bus services are not too frequent but can be workable. Though it may only suit someone with transport. There is off road parking.
There is a great pub that serves local
beers and good food in walking distrance. Lovely surroundings, open fields, nice garden.
I have one cat who will not bother you at all.
The bathroom is shared with other tenant.

Having had a couple of time wasters I am now asking only for replies from nice people that have a profile please.
Am renting the room to someone who will fit in.... is not just about the money!
