With my two housemates moving on I have two rooms to fill - ONE left available. £520 per month, plus approx £100 bills (council tax, sky broadband, gas, electricity and water). Unfurnished

Great location, just off St James st, making it a 5min walk to the Old Steine, not that you need to do so with the Black Dove pub less than one minute away, and tonnes of restaurants, corner shops, even a co-op and Morrison’s a couple minutes away.

3 floor maisonette. Bottom floor has shared kitchen and living room, really nice bright areas. Middle floor has my room and shared bathroom, top floor has the two available rooms.

I'm clean and tidy but not over the top, and enjoy a balance between time spent by myself and socialising. I would love to find like minded people who enjoy relaxing together in the evenings, watching TV/films, sharing a meal or going to the pub for a couple drinks.
