Light double room partly furnished

It's a double room that comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws (visible in pictures). It is in a house share in Kemptown just off the St George's street so very close to shops and pubs. Five minutes to the beach and 15 minutes walk to the centre of town.
It is a house share of 4. The remaining two friendly souls (one student, one employed in their 20s/30s) are looking for two new housemates.
We would love to continue this as a clean but chilled houseshare, where we like to have meals together and go out together, but also respect each others quite time.

6-month contract. Deposit is 1.5 months. Private let, no agency fees.
