Great location 5 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to get up onto The Downs.
Royal Sussex Hospital and The Marina are both a 10 walk away.
Easy access into the city centre and universities from the bottom of the road, bus routes there include buses 1, 7, 23 and 47.
Lidl and The Co Op are both 2 mins away.

As the live in landlord I am looking for a considerate and easy going person to share this space with. It would suit someone who is looking for a calm and quiet place to live. You would need to be of the tidy persuasion please in the communal areas, as it is nice coming home to a clean and inviting place!
