DOuble room top location in Kemptown

The room is a double room on the 1st floor. It has a great view of Saint James’s Avenue and the house is located in the heart of Kemptown, just off St. James's Street and only a few minutes walk from Brighton Pier, the station and Churchill Square. Brighton is spoiled with good food, great bars, friendly people and we are right in the middle of it all and only 3 minutes from the beach. The extra large bathroom is shared with myself it is a wet room with a bathtub and rainfall shower. There is also a ½ loo on the landing between the two rooms and another full shower room downstairs on the basement level.

There are four rooms in the house spread over 3 floors. This room is on the 1st floor and shares a bathroom and a walk in wardrobe / closet with my own room. Both are comfortable double rooms separated with an ample corridor and Victorian wrought iron balcony overlooking the tree lined St. James's Avenue. This makes the first floor a secluded and quiet living space. The other two bedrooms are on the basement and ground floor levels and share the bathroom downstairs. The rest of the house comprises a large fully equipped kitchen diner, lounge with TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime a patio garden and a large covered roof terrace which serves as a smoking room.

I am an easy going, friendly gay man, I recently lost my partner and live together with Chiquitita my lovely French bulldog. I am a recovering addict and do not drink or take any drugs. Whilst I don't mind anyone drinking moderately at home the only hard and fast rule I have is no drugs on the premises.
