Room to rent in kemptown, close to sea front.

Hi I’m looking for someone to share my rented property in the heart of kemptown.
The room is a double, unfurnished and has a small built in wardrobe.
The house is fully equipped with all amenities needed. There is a small patio area out the front and back also.

Am looking for a mature working professional who is responsible, clean, tidy and reliable.
It’s pretty chilled here and is no way a party house, as up stupidly early in the mornings for work. I Do however like a cheeky few bevies at home while chilling over the weekend or on Days off. I enjoy entertaining at home from time to time also.

I’m happy to live with pets too, as long as they are fully house trained..

The house is close to a selection of good pubs, restaurants and shops. Has the hospital and bus stops close by, and a 5 min walk to the sea front.
