Hi,

I am a 35 year old LGBTQ live-in landlord, professional living with my partner who is a nurse at the Royal Sussex hospital. As such, I understand the importance of being quiet in the day when my partner comes back from a long night shift.

I live in in a very large furnished two-bedroom flat with a patio garden in the beautiful end of Kemp town on Chesham Road.

I have a small pug who is the kindest and most gentle soul you will ever meet so you MUST like dogs. Unfortunately, Teddy can be a bit wary of other animals so no other pets can be allowed.

I am looking for a female lodger to share and appreciate my lovely home. I love a good chat in the evening but am also respectful of privacy and keeping the flat clean and tidy so ask that the same can be done in return.

The flat is only a 5minute walk to the Royal Sussex Hospital (and would likely suit someone who works at the hospital extremly well), 20min walk to Brighton Marina, and a 25min walk to Brighton pier. It’s a great location in the heart of old Kemptown near Sussex square in a beautiful area that is well connected to bus routes.

The room available is a large double (6.3m X 2.1m). The room is furnished with a double bed, mattress, chest of draws, bedside table, small wardrobe, and a lamp, with shared access to the kitchen, bathroom and patio areas.

I work from home most days, as such I use the livingroom as my workspace during the day time and ask that the lodger is respectful of this.

The rent is inclusive of all bills, including the broadband and council tax.

I am hoping to put the flat on the market in around 3-4 months, meaning it could be sold in 6 months or so, depending on buyers so this needs to be kept in mind. A minimum of one months notice is to be given from both parties.

I am looking for a professional who will be able to commit to 3 months and then work on a rolling monthly basis.
