Quiet room in Kemptown

Double room in quiet house near the hospital, shared kitchen, shower-room mostly for your use, shared washing machine, and access to garden (where cigarettes can be huffed on). Except council tax, bills included. Also there is a cat here that doesn't get on well with other cats or dogs. I prefer to live with females because I'm used to that and the place starts to feel like a man cave otherwise.
