I am a retired teacher, my husband is a free lance photographer, and Mabel is our cokapoo dog. I have a bright single room to rent. It is fully furnished and I supply all the bed linen and bath towels. You will have the use of a well appointed kitchen that opens onto a small patio. I have a washing machine, fridge , freezer and microwave for your use.
We live in the heart of Kemptown, in a lovely Victorian terrace house. There are coffee shops and all amenities just down the road and a good bus service all over town and to the university from the end of the street.
I keep a tidy and clean home, so ideally I’m looking for someone who shares those values. We live a fairly quiet life, so it’s not a ‘party’ house. I have hosted many international students over the years .
