Looking for friendly, long term non smoker flatmates to take 1 room in our 3 bedrooms flat from the 13th of Aigust. The flat is in Findon road, near Brighon hospital at the end of Kemp Town area. Connected to the city center by a number of buses. We have 2 male  professional in their 30's. Flat has a communal area, wifi and all the amenities. Brand new kitchen. The buildings has a communal garden. Free parking space on road. Room is fully furnished with a double bed but no couple please (1 person per room). 400 pounds per month plus bills (council tax and wifi are included). One month deposit required.
