Amazing location near the beach and Kemptown village. Walking distance to RSCH and American Express. 1 minute to buses for central Brighton, Brighton Station, Hove and Brighton/Sussex Unis.
Flat has all the usual mod cons and is a bit of peace and calm away from the business of work and city life. Looking for someone quiet, kind, considerate and trustworthy who is respectful of the space, is eco friendly, clean and tidy.. There are a few noise quirks to the flat so we would need to have similar schedules. You would need to be in full time work/study outside of the flat.
Rent is £575/month plus bills (so £700 inclusive)
Also interested in people looking for something part time 3-4 nights/week.
Will need references from current employer and previous landlord.
