The loft has recently been completely renovated to a high spec, including gorgeous wool carpets.

The flat is big, light and airy, with all mod cons, wifi etc. Bills are included. Kemptown village is about 3 minutes walk away with shops, cafes and amenities. It takes about 20 minutes to walk into town.

There are 3 people already here, who are sociable, friendly and like to hang out.

This would suit someone working or holidaying in Brighton for a few months, but would need to be vacated by the 25th of April. Unfortunately we cannot take couples.
