Lovely sunny double room to rent to a female tenant.
The room is in a comfortable family home shared with the owner and another lodger. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk and wardrobe with bedding and towels provided if required. The room is usually used by language students who we have hosted for many years. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with the owner. There is also one cat in the house.
This is not a student house, but a quiet family home so perfect for study or quiet relaxation. Female friends are welcome but no boys I’m afraid.

All bills are included in the rent. £550 monthly with a deposit of £500.

The house is in a quiet no through road to the east of Brighton near the Sussex County Hospital and Marina. Buses 1, 1a,7 and the University bus are all 5 mins away. The area is safe and quiet. The seafront is 10 walk away. 2 Supermarkets are a few mins walk. Parking is usually available on the road.

I am looking for a non smoking, cheerful, easy going person who enjoys a peaceful environment. I am a clean and tidy person so you need to be also.
