Double room in 3 bed house with garden, kemptown.

There will be a double bedroom available in my home from 12th feb, can be part furnished or unfurnished, 500 all included. We have a nice south/west facing garden and like to keep the house tidy and clean. at night times we like a quiet house and are respectful and friendly house mates! I am hoping to find someone who doesn't mind not usung hot water between 1130pm and 830am as the boiler is noisy and next to my room. please message if you have any questions! :)
