Student Room Central Brighton

I am looking for anyone lovely person who identifies as a woman, and is a student, to take my room on Grand Parade as of mid Feb. The rent is £554.66 a month, plus extra of around £40 for bills. We are a house of 6 young females (including me), who are all studying different degrees in different years at Brighton and Sussex Universities. Usually we love to eat together a couple of times a month, we all get on well and there is a sense of community and respect in our home. The house is huge, with two showers and a really spacious kitchen and living room which we now have a lovely dining table in! There is also one spare room, (thats the empty room pictured below), and then my room so you would have a choice of either.
