Spacious refurbished ensuite with 2 wardrobes

I really recommend this room. It's well lit and fully furbished with a bookcase, desk, double bed and mattress, and 2 large built in wardrobes. The ensuite has a modern shower that always works! :) There is also a large kitchen/dining room with a massive window. The living room is fully furnished with a TV! Superfast fibre wifi.
I am a medical student and a professional and spend the vast majority of my time at the hospital. I like being social but also respect personal space. It is a fairly residential area and not so keen on parties.
2 minute walk from the seafront- lovely to have a run in the mornings and 5 minutes from local convenience store and post office and the hospital.
