Room available Kemp town

Hi :)

I'm looking for a flatmate to share my rented 2 bedroom flat in kemptown.
The flat is modern and well maintained, located just off St James's street. It is on the second floor with lift access.
There is a shared bathroom and kitchen/living area, with virgin fibre internet and large smart TV.
There is plenty of storage space in the hallway for bikes.
The room itself has a double bed and a chest of drawers, with opening doors onto a good sized balcony outside.
I myself work up at RSCH, and I'd be happy to share with other working professionals.
I'm fairly sociable and easy going at home, I spend most evenings watching tv/netflix, studying for professional exams, or going out to see friends. Looking for someone similar to share with. Happy to answer any questions :)
