Double room in Kemp Town

We are 2 professional individuals looking for a 3rd housemate to join us from 1st November. Someone, who enjoys a calm and relaxed environment in a 3 bedroom, cozy semi-detached house in Kemp Town.

One double room, which is bright, warm and unfurnished. The rent is £520 pm + bills, which come to around £130 per month.

The house has a parking space, full kitchen, one bathroom with a bathtub, two toilets and a garden. Windows are double glazed and there is gas central heating.

The house is 5 mins walk away from the beach, 1 min from a café/petrol station, 2 mins from a bus stop, 10 mins from Marina/Asda/Cinema/David Lloyd gym, 2 mins from the post office & Lidl.

Unfortunately we cannot accept students (unless mature) or shift workers who do night shifts.

Little bit about us: we have a very friendly cat called Charlie and are vegetarian, but very tolerant of other diets.
