My flatmate and I are looking for a roommate as my current flatmate is leaving to go back to Spain.
We are two professionals, responsible and friendly looking for someone who wants to share good times with us and want to enjoy living together.
It is a three bedroom house located in Kemptown which has a spacious living room and kitchen with all the amenities.
The hospital is 10 min walking and bus stop is just at the corner. It is close to the beach and the nearest supermarkets are lidl and cooperative.
If you are up to learn new languages we can teach you Spanish or Italian and many things from our culture, so I think it’s a good deal 🤪
Be aware that the bills are not included in the price, however it will be an average of £620 with bills included if you are interested after knowing the price please feel free to send us a message!
