Interesting room / floor to rent in Kempton

A superb quiet room with lounge and bathroom to rent, in Kemptown in a 3 story townhouse.
It's a very quirky old factory conversion, super cool in a quiet street. No parking, but plenty of cheap or free parking close by.

House comes with superb Wifi, all bills included, a small patio decked garden, and is furnished.
Rest of the house fully open for use; downstairs massive lounge, diner, kitchen.....and large garage attached to the house for storing things.

I'm a sporty vegetarian, work hard during the day (thankfully not back in london yet), have a small young friendly spaniel who needs walks twice a day, and two part time kids who come to stay every other weekend and in holidays.
I enjoy cooking, walking the dog, sport, and chilling in the evening, sometimes going to the pub or out with friends.
Definitely love someone to cook and chill with, but no drama if not, privacy highly respected.

Flexible on rent / deposit / stay duration. For me it's about finding the right person to gel with and have mutual trust and respect.
