Basement double ensuite room in Kemptown

We have a double ensuite room available in our Kemptown home! Close to town, beach and everything you need.

We are looking for a professional female flatmate. Someone who cleans up after themselves and is easygoing and respectful.
We have friends over quite often but this is not a party house.
We are both working full time, I’m working from home until further notice.

Room is in the basement, a bit separate from the other parts of the house so very private. There is a toilet/bathroom in the room. Shared living room and kitchen are upstairs.
Room comes unfurnished (the white closet will stay). Possible to buy my bed and maybe some other bits if needed. Room is currently mine but I’m moving to upstairs bedroom.

Rent is £ 550 a month + council tax and internet £ 60. Gas and electricity get topped up when needed, more in winter and less in summer. Private landlord.
Contract will get signed by the three of us for whole house for 6 months (rolling contract after that) from 25th of October but earlier move in date might be possible.
