This is a double room for one person. The property is very close to Saint James Street and it’s less than five minutes to walk to the seafront and the centre of town. The rail station is a 10 minute walk away and there are bus stops nearby.

This is a quiet house and would suit someone who is fairly self contained.

If you want the room for less than a full week, I will consider it and negotiate price.

There is a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room and a small garden that you can use.
