We have a cosy double bedroom available for a long term let in our friendly kemptown house share.
The house is just off st james street near the Morrison’s car park. Great location just a few minutes walk from the centre of town and the beach. We’ve a big open living room with dining table. Large kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Bathroom downstairs with shower.
The available bedroom is on the first floor at the back of the house. It’s semi furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.
We are a friendly and sociable group all currently working in hospitality. We have varying hours but try and hang out whenever we’re all free. We enjoy watching tv, playing board games and cooking together when we can.
We’re looking for a professional of similar age who we think will fit in with us.
