Large HMO property - large and medium single room available for a single person only.

Currently at the property there are 18 tenants. Tenants have their own w/c en suite in their bedroom but shower rooms and bathrooms are shared. Also shared is the kitchen, garden, dining area/lounge and laundry facilities.

Bills are included in the price of the rent apart from TV licence. Wifi is limited in the building and not included in the price of rent tenants can have their own internet installed. Parking is not included and is something that would need to be discussed with the landlord upon viewing the property if it is needed.

Credit and reference checks will be carried out and a decision on tenancy will be made subject to reference/credit checks. A deposit of 5 weeks and the remainder of the months rent must be paid before moving in, there after rent must be paid on the 1st of each month via bank transfer. The 5 weeks deposit is negotiable and a payment plan can be arranged.

At the property there is a range of medium sized rooms and larger rooms. Currently there are larger sized rooms available and you will be shown a option of rooms subject to availability.

I am looking for someone who can live with people from different nationalities and backgrounds. They must also be able to adapt themselves to a large living space which is shared and therefore must be mindful of cleanliness, consideration of others and have respect for peoples space when cohabiting.

The property is a 10min walk to the Royal Sussex County Hospital and in very close proximity to many Colleges and Language Schools Schools in Brighton. 

Please note the rent for the larger rooms is £140per week which equates to £606.67per calendar month. Rooms can come furnished or unfurnished and this does not alter the price.
