Double room in caring, creative, communal house

**Room B is now taken - we're particularly looking for a man now to maintain the balance of the house!**

We have two double rooms available in our beautiful 5-bedroom Kemptown house.

You'll be living with Mark, a freelance software engineer and experimental musician; Annabelle, a holistic healer with a focus on wellbeing; and Ellie, a nonprofit network builder and community organiser. All three are also social entrepreneurs currently building businesses.

A bit about the house:
- Fully furnished, but there's potentially room for a few extra pieces
- Three communal rooms (and a bright kitchen): lounge, co-working room (with desk) and basement music and movie room, with jam nights aplenty
- Outdoor bath (dreamy!) and fire pit in the small garden

About the area:
- Kemptown is gorgeous
- There are independent shops and amazing restaurants and coffee shops right on our road, and we are right next door to three grocery stores
- 5 mins walk to the beach, with stunning sunsets and sunrises
- 20-minute walk into Brighton centre or the South Downs
- Beautiful cliff walks nearby

About the rooms:
- Room A (available now) is on the first floor and comes with double bed, bedside table and wardrobe. Plus shelves, floor lamp and an armchair!
- Room B is now taken!

How we live:
- Vegan household, lots of communal cooking
- We get a weekly veg box and wholesale food deliveries from Infinity Foods co-op
- Food, bills and communal activities ('Pizza Monday' etc.!) are bought together and shared equally on Splitwise
- We like making and listening to music, boogies in the basement, cosy nights in, creative projects, exploring Brighton, beach walks and sea swims
- The house revolves around cups of tea and friendly vibes
- We also have a lovely community of friends in Kemptown
- We're looking for anyone keen to share ideas, fun and good energy :)
