I am a working gay professional looking preferably for someone similar to share a two bedroom flat in Brighton.

On offer is a fully furnished bedroom with a single bed, storage units and a wardrobe. The bedroom also comes with a work/computer desk and chair.

Full use of the lounge; a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob + oven and dishwasher; shared bathroom, communal launderette and garden areas are also included. The launderette is currently free of charge.

The flat is close to local shops, a 5 minute walk to the beach, the main County Hospital and central Brighton. It is well served with buses, including 23 to the Universities of Brighton or Sussex.

Access to residents only stunning gardens.

The rent is £650 per month including bills (except Council Tax); a deposit of £300 [no agency fees] will be required along with two references. Available early June.

This is a non-smoking flat which includes electronic devices.

A contract will be issued to the successful candidate.
